Hosting Fee: A non-refundable $2 per person per event fee is charged at the time of registration to cover the host’s costs for decorations and sundries.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations will incur a minimum of a $10 FreeWheeler charge to cover the cost of credit card fees and other expenses. The hosting fee of $2 per person is non-refundable. Cancellations after the campground’s deadline will be less the FreeWheelers cancellation fee, the $2 per person hosting fee, and the fees required by the campground. Refunds will be given promptly.
