Freewheelers first visited Coyote Valley in the fall of 2025 when our previous reservation fell through at the last minute. It was a hit!
The park is clean and inviting, encompassing two spacious sections. Our group was concentrated in the spaces nearest the clubhouse which was wonderful given the cold weather!
The clubhouse is high. ceilinged and boasts a seating area around a fireplace as well as a pool table ready for member tournament! There are also spacious restrooms and showers, laundry, a small store and outdoor barbeque area.
Many campers really appreciated the giant dog park, the adjacent bird estuary, and dog-friendly walking trails around the park.
Nearby Morgan Hill also has many attractions, including many restaurants in the charming downtown area and chain stores nearby. Also, San Jose is only 17 miles away if you are interested in visiting the city.

Pet Policy: Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside and must be picked up after. Dogs and other pets must not be a threat or a nuisance to other park users. Dogs may be off leash in the fenced dog park(s) which you do at your own risk. Dogs may not be left unattended except inside an RV.
Non-Member Guest Policy: Send a signed Liability Waiver for each GUEST to the host.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The hosting fee of $2 per person is non-refundable. Cancellations with the park are subject the park’s cancellation policy.
Covid Policy: We request that any members feeling ill or showing signs of illness please mask at all indoor functions.
