Price: We will be collecting just the $2 hosting fee + $4 clubhouse fee = $6 per person.
When registered, the host will assign you a site and you will call the resort for payment.

The fun to be had:
? Friday morning breakfast Camp Café to kick off our weekend of fun and comradery. Coffee, hot chocolate, pastries and fruit will be provided.
? Holiday pictures with your pups and friends. FreeWheeler pups (and moms if they so choose) donned in holiday attire should bring many a chuckle. There will be prizes for most adorable pup outfit and cutest pup/mom matching outfits.
? Jewelry making class. Angela Wade has graciously volunteered to teach us how to make earrings, bookmarks and more. She last did this class at 2023 Red Bluff and it was loved by all!
? Decorate picture frames and holiday stockings. Shelley Hargraves will lead us decorating keepsakes for our 2024 holiday gathering.
? ***SPECIAL EVENT*** ARTS & CRAFTS BAZAAR. Talented FreeWheelers will be selling their arts and crafts including wood work, acrylic paintings, greeting cards, hand-made crafts, and the book launch of a new novel. Just in time for Holiday shopping. Join us for a FreeWheeler first!
Payment Method: After receiving a site number from the host, the first night’s deposit is paid directly to the campground with the rest due upon arrival.

Alternative Accommodations: For FreeWheeler members who want join in our festivities while they stay in cabins, tents, nearby campgrounds, or who live nearby, please use the button above to register. Your registration will include you in the site lists and agenda mailings. You will be charged ONLY the $2 hosting fee and the $4 non-refundable fee for the clubhouse ($6 total). Please be aware that you must arrange your own accommodations, and pay any daily usage fee from the park, when required. (This park has cottages onsite.)

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations will incur a minimum of $10 FreeWheeler charge to cover the cost of credit card fees and other expenses. The hosting fee of $2 per person is non-refundable. Cancellations after the campground’s deadline will be less the minimum $10 FreeWheelers cancellation fee, the $2 per person hosting fee, and the fees required by the campground. Refunds will be given promptly.
Non-Member Guest Policy: Send a signed Liability Waiver for each GUEST to the host.
