We will be camping under the pines at the Nevada County Fairground in Grass Valley.

Joel and Racheal Harp have graciously agreed to do a maintenance seminar for us.

Rig to Rig Walkabout (time allowing based on sign up sheets).

We will look at your rig and talk about your situation. We will be offering your hands-on maintenance for your rig.

Alternative Accommodations: For FreeWheeler members who want join in our festivities while they stay in cabins, tents, nearby campgrounds, or who live nearby, please use the button above to register. Your registration will include you in the site lists and agenda mailings. You will be charged ONLY the $2 non-refundable hosting fee. Please be aware that you must arrange your own accommodations, and pay any daily usage fee from the park, when required.

The RV Park: Open year-round, the RV Park at the Nevada County Fairgrounds is nestled among tall pine trees, overlooks Lions Lake, and is located near the historic towns of Grass Valley and Nevada City.  Whether camping solo, with a family or with a group we have a spot for you! We welcome large RV groups, Class A motorhomes, and RVs and trailers of all sizes. No tent or car camping allowed.

Pet Fee: $0
Pet Policy: Pets must be on a leash or penned at all times when outside and must be picked up after. Dogs and other pets must not be a threat or a nuisance to other park users. Excessive barking is not allowed.

Non-Member Guest Policy: Send a signed Liability Waiver for each GUEST to the host.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations will incur a minimum of a $10 FreeWheeler charge to cover the cost of credit card fees and other expenses. The hosting fee of $2 per person is non-refundable. Cancellations after the campground’s deadline will be less the FreeWheelers cancellation fee, the $2 per person hosting fee, and the fees required by the campground. Refunds will be given promptly.
