Alternative Accommodations: For FreeWheeler members who want join in our festivities while they stay in cabins, tents, nearby campgrounds, or who live nearby, please select DAY USE on the registration form. Your registration will include you in the site lists and agenda mailings. You will be charged ONLY the $2 hosting fee and the $4 non-refundable fee for the clubhouse ($6 total). Please be aware that you must arrange your own accommodations, and pay any daily usage fee from the park, when required. (This park has cottages onsite.)

CANCELLATION POLICY: The hosting fee of $2 per person and the 49er Clubhouse fee of $3 per person are non-refundable. See the 49er refund policy below for site reservation refund policies.
49ER VILLAGE CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations more than 14 days prior (BEFORE 11/25/26) receive 100% refund. Cancellations 13 days or less prior to the rally start get campground credit for 2 nights, usable for up to 1 year.
NON-MEMBER GUEST POLICY: Send a signed Liability Waiver for each GUEST to the host.
COVID/ILLNESS POLICY: We request that any members feeling ill or showing signs of illness please consider staying home or plan to mask at all indoor functions.
