We require that women who have not been vaccinated for COVID 19, wishing to attend RVingWomen/chapter events, remain masked and maintain 6′ social distancing during all activities including meals. Members who invite guests must inform them of this requirement, and members who are traveling with, and may be exposed to those who are unvaccinated, must also follow these protocols. Failure to comply with these COVID 19 protocols may lead to a request to leave the activity, event or rally.
Greenfield is along Highway 101 south of Salinas and Solidad. Being located in the farm area where the temperatures can be quite hot, I am pleased to tell you that the resort has a swimming pool and a fireplace for evenings outdoors. You can also check out the Yanks RV Resort website online. This is a fairly new resort built in ~2018 including a clubhouse that we are renting:

We have reserved 42 spots for this outing at the Yanks RV Resort from Thursday – Monday, September 2-6. The cost for your spot will be:
Thursday $60; Friday $61, Saturday $61, Sunday $60
No pet fees! Maximum 3 pets per site.
Check in at 12pm – check out at 11am.
Upon arrival please check in at the front desk!
Cancellation: Unless the site can be assigned to a person on the waiting list, no refund will be available after August 2.
Guests: Send a signed Liability Waiver for each GUEST to Meggi Raeder at the address in your registration email. Waivers are available under “Events” on the Freewheeler website or click here.
Amenities: Yanks RV Resort is a new resort and is easily reached driving south on Highway 101. All sites will have wide concrete pads, full hookups, 30/50 AMP, free WiFi and free cable TV. Each site has a picnic table and BBQ. There is a propane filling station on site. Besides the heated swimming pool and heated spa, there is a fitness center with exercise equipment, clean showers and restrooms, a pet park and a pet wash, picnic area for groups, and a clubhouse. There is also an outdoors sitting area with comfortable couches and a fireplace.
Activities in the area include visits to wineries, an olive farm, day drive to Monterrey and Aquarium, Salinas and the Steinbeck museum, and for the hikers in our group, the West entrance to Pinnacles National Park is close by with hikes among the craggy mountains. The agenda will describe the possibilities in more detail.
Please register promptly since we anticipate that this outing will book out. Once that happens we will start a waiting list. So please don’t dawdle and let us know that you are coming…. And don’t forget your bathing suit!
