We have 50 sites allocated and you must register by March 3.

To register, you must do 2 things:

  • Complete the Freewheelers registration form
  • Contact Jolene at Jackson Rancheria RV Park to choose your site and pay your first night’s deposit

Thursday – $59.50     Friday – $68.00     Saturday – $68.00     Sunday – $59.50

There is another large group coming in after us, so, if you want to stay over on Monday:

  • Contact Jolene
  • There’s a good chance you will have to change sites

There is also a Hosting fee of $2/person which should be given to one of the hosts at the outing. This fee is used for decorations and supplies.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made made after 3pm the day prior, the credit card on file will be charged the 1st night rate. 
Failure to show up or cancel your reservation, the credit card on file will be charged the 1st night rate, plus the remainder of your reservation will be cancelled.
Please also contact the hosts to let them know you have cancelled.
