Non-Member Guest Policy: Send a signed Liability Waiver for each GUEST to the host.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will incur a $10 FreeWheeler charge to cover the cost of credit card fees and other expenses. The hosting fee of $2 per person is non-refundable. Cancellations after the campground’s deadline will be less the $10 FreeWheelers cancellation fee, the $2 per person hosting fee, and the first-night use fee. Refunds will be given promptly.
