Non-Member Guest Policy: Send a signed Liability Waiver for each guest to the host.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  All cancellations will incur a $10 FreeWheeler charge to cover the cost of credit card fees and other expenses. The hosting fee of $2 per person is non-refundable. Cancellations after the campground’s deadline will be less the $10 FreeWheelers cancellation fee, the $2 per person hosting fee, and the first-night use fee. Refunds will be given at the conclusion of the event.

Covid Policy: We require that women who have not been vaccinated for COVID 19, wishing to attend RVingWomen/chapter events, remain masked and maintain 6′ social distancing during all activities including meals. Members who invite guests must inform them of this requirement, and members who are traveling with, and may be exposed to those who are unvaccinated, must also follow these protocols. Failure to comply with these COVID 19 protocols may lead to a request to leave the activity, event or rally.
