History and Holiday Celebration

Join us at 49er RV Resort in Plymouth, CA for our annual Freewheeler’s Holiday Celebration. Visit nearby historic mining towns, wineries, and Sutter Creek’s Annual Christmas Open House. 

We will have music, gift exchange, games and, of course, lots of great food.

Pet Fee: No Charge for Pets at RV sites
Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort but pets may not disturb other guests, and must be cleaned up after by owners. Pets must always be on a leash and restrained when not confined inside an RV, and that no pet may be left unattended outside of an RV, even on the site. There is a maximum of two pets per reservation with a $50 non-refundable fee per reservation for any pet in a vacation or cottage rental. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to remove or restrict disruptive or aggressive pets. All pets must also be up to date on vaccines, and copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request. Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets if you have not already added them to your reservation during the booking process.

Hosting Fee of $2/rig total that should be given to one of the hosts at the outing. This fee is used for decorations and supplies.

Non-Member Guest Policy: Send a signed Liability Waiver for each GUEST to the host.

Cancellation Policy: Please cancel by first alerting the host so we may fill your spot from the waiting list.

Covid Policy: We require that women who have not been vaccinated for COVID 19, wishing to attend RVingWomen/chapter events, remain masked and maintain 6′ social distancing during all activities including meals. Members who invite guests must inform them of this requirement, and members who are traveling with, and may be exposed to those who are unvaccinated, must also follow these protocols. Failure to comply with these COVID 19 protocols may lead to a request to leave the activity, event or rally.
