December Donation Drive!
Penny Walker has just sent these details about the December outing donation drive!
We are collecting new items for The Sleep Train Foster Kids this December 3-7 at 49er Village RV in Plymouth. For anyone wishing to participate there will be a table in the clubhouse to place your donations. The foster kids need:
- New clothes – the children range in age from infants to teenagers. They need jeans, shirts, underwear, sweaters, and socks.
- New shoes
- New pajamas
- School supplies – for children kindergarten to high school. New Crayons, calculators, notebooks, pencils, dictionaries, paper, pens.
- Secret Santa Toys – New, unwrapped, toys or games
The donations will be taken to The Sleep Train Foster Kids to be distributed where needed.

Registration Deadline for Durango outing – September 15!

The details of the Annual meeting are in the Chapter Leader Report, including the good news that the members of the 2014 board have all agreed to continue for 2015 – if elected! The slate is: Celia Buckley as Chapter Leader, Winona Abrams as Treasurer/Secretary, Susan DuShane as Activities Coordinator, Sheila Grothe as Communications Coordinator and Casper Nordahl as Membership Coordinator.
The newsletter includes news of our members who are on the road, information about chapter events, classified ads for stuff you might want or want to pass along … in all a fun, good read! Thanks to Arleen Huffman for your great work making our newsletter appear month after month!!
