Finally, we can all get together and enjoy each others company in person! Please dust off those rigs and come join your Freewheeler friends at Durango RV resort.  Let’s catch up with what everyone has been up to this past year.

Due to COVID restrictions we will not have our traditional club potluck meals or entertainment in the lodge.  In addition, please be sure to social distance, wash your hands and wear a mask inside any facility and all common areas.

Although a lot of business are closed due to COVID, Northern California has an abundance of outdoor activities within a relatively short driving distance. Tehama county lies midway between Sacramento and the Oregon border and offers the ultimate in healthful, leisurely living.  It is a central point of widespread recreational areas which provide hiking, fishing, horseback riding, bicycling, boating, and kayaking.  Whiskeytown and Lassen National parks are approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour from Durango.  Mt Shasta is an hour and a half drive.

Site numbers and the agenda will be sent out once registration closes.

Durango amenities include:  Full hookups (30/50), free cable TV and Wi-Fi, showers, laundry facilities, Olympic size pool and hot tub, fitness center, ping pong, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, basketball, pickle ball, walking/bike path and spa services.  Groceries and restaurants are within walking distance.

Registration deadline is March 17^th, 2021

Only 40 sites available all pull-throughs, so get your registration and payment in soon.  The sites are 75’ long.

Site rates:  Thursday $ 55.00   Friday $ 56.00   Saturday $ 56.00   Sunday $ 55.00

Pets are welcome – no charge but need to be well behaved.  If your dog is over 50 pounds, a meet and greet with the manager is required.
Extra vehicle – If it does not fit in your site there is a charge of $5.00 per night.
Sites are for two adults.  If you have an extra person, the charge will be $5.00 per night.

Guests:  Please send a signed liability waiver for each guest to the host.  Waivers are available on the Freewheelers website.

Check-in at 2 pm
Check-out at noon

Cancellation policy:  Less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged one-night site rental.  If no call/no show, you will be charged one-night site rental plus $10.00 per night for the remainder of the reservation.
